Zach took charge when needed, especially after a bad experience and communication with another agent we were previously in contract with. He was professional and has knowledge of multiple areas. His willingness to drive from home to the location I purchased was much appreciated to accomplish inspections when I couldn't be present, taking multiple full days on the road.
